MUST SEE IN THE CITY | This Week’s Toronto Concerts Not To Miss Out On

This lovely Autumn season just keeps on giving! We kinda have to clone ourselves this  Tuesday for two incredible shows, then figure out how to survive them to check out some other goodies the remainder of the week.
Here’s who we are losing our minds over seeing this week!

Who: The Growlers
When: Tuesday, October 1, 2013
Why: Because it’s The Growlers OMFG!!!! Plus a whole load of Burger Records bands to ensure you get your money’s worth!
Where: Lee’s Palace
Set times:  7pm – Doors, 8pm – Sam Coffey & The Iron Lungs, 8:35 – Pangea, 9:20 – Gap Dream, 10:05 – Cosmonauts, 11pm – The Growlers

Who: Action Bronson and Danny Brown
When: Tuesday, October 1, 2013
Why: LEGENDARY! We’re keeping our fingers crossed that our internet boyfriend Danny Brown will FINALLY be let into Canada. He appears to have all his paperwork in place, but we won’t be able to breathe until he’s 100 percent on Toronto soil. Cue his Twitter refresh now.
Where: Danforth Music Hall
Set times: 7pm – Doors, 8pm- Trash Talk, 9pm – Action Bronson, 10:30pm – Danny Brown

Who: Kid Cudi
When: Thursday, October 3, 2013
Why: Because we are still crushing on him from his role in How to Make it in America. And his music is ok, too, we guess. *wink*
Where: Air Canada Centre

Who: Hanni El Khatib with Bass Drum of Death
When: Sunday, October 6, 2013
Why: Because Hanni’s eclectic tunes that are part blues/garage rock/rock/folk/doo wop/etc will not disappoint. Come check it out. It’s some amazing stuff. We cross our hearts.
Where: Horseshoe Tavern
